Evacua can help you save money by filling empty seats on your planes, without rerouting. Simply tell us the tail numbers of your planes, and we'll tell you when one of our pre-screened members is in need of service near your routes.
Evacua members are not strangers, they are employees of a trusted group of companies and carefully selected leisure travelers. All of our members have passed a thorough background search and have been verified by our 13 point process.
When one of our members reserves a seat on one of your planes, we'll immediately send you their traveler profile, including their background check status and potentially other items such as a photo and contact information.
Our secure payment platform ensures that you get immediate payment upon completion of the flight.
Yes. All of our procedures are in compliance with allowable reimbursements under the FARs.

Our unique traveler mobile application allows your employees call for help at any time, with a single press of a button. Our command center can also monitor your employees travel so that we know in advance if they are entering an area of risk. We also enhance your duty of care offering by sending travel safety alerts to your employees in the field, helping them avoid danger. Everyone defines ‘danger’ and ‘emergencies’ differently, but regardless of the situation, Evacua give you the tools in your hands to take action.
